Article 1: Scope of Application

These Sales Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern all transactions conducted through the websites and platforms operated by Truth Ascension Divine Consciousness (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation"). BY ENGAGING INTO ANY OF THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED A WRITTEN AGREEMENT.

These T&Cs are applicable to digital products (including live and recorded materials) and, in the future, to physical products offered by the Company. Any individual or entity making a purchase (hereinafter referred to as "Client") agrees to these T&Cs upon validating their order via our secure payment systems.

Article 2: Acceptance of Orders

By placing an order on our platforms, the Client fully and unconditionally accepts these T&Cs. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, non-compliance with these T&Cs or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Article 3: Prices and Taxes

1. Prices for all products are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated.

2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price for an order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

3. For international Clients, additional taxes, duties, or fees may apply as per the laws of the Client’s jurisdiction. The Client is responsible for these charges.

Article 4: Payment

1. Full payment is required at the time of order placement, including for pre-orders.

2. Secure payment can be made via credit card, processed through third-party systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). The Foundation is not liable for any security breaches within these payment platforms. The responsibility of the company Stripe and other payment gateways cannot be attributed to us.

3. All transactions are encrypted and protected using industry-standard encryption protocols.

Article 5: Delivery of Digital Products

1. Digital products, including live and recorded content, are delivered electronically via email, download links, or other specified digital means.

2. Online private coaching and healing session details will be provided to the Client via email or other agreed communication channels after booking confirmation.

3. The Client is responsible for ensuring their device is compatible with the format of the digital product.

4. For live events, access details will be sent to the email address provided either at the time of purchase or a day before the event starts. The Company is not responsible for undelivered access due to incorrect email information provided by the Client.

Article 6: Delivery of Physical Products

1. Physical products will be shipped to the address provided by the Client at the time of order placement. Accurate entry of shipping details is the sole responsibility of the Client.

2. Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the Client once the product leaves the Company's premises.

3. In the event of a lost package, the Company will take necessary steps to assist the Client in locating the package.

4. Customs clearance, import duties, and compliance with the Client's country-specific regulations are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Client is urged to check their local import regulations before placing an order, as products may be held, delayed, or confiscated by customs authorities.

5. The Foundation is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or confiscation of products resulting from non-compliance with the Client’s local import laws.

Article 7: Refunds and Cancellations

1. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only offered under exceptional circumstances, not exceeding the amount of particular purchase, such as technical errors rendering the product inaccessible. Please reach out to support@truthascension.com.

2.All products sold are non-refundable.

3. For live events or sessions, the Foundation reserves the right to reschedule the event date and will notify Clients via email, WhatsApp messaging, or a community group platform. Cancellations by Clients are not permitted.

Article 8: Protection of Personal Data

1. The Client’s personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Foundation's Privacy Policy.

2. By providing an email address, the Client agrees to receive communications from the Company, including promotional offers. Clients may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in emails.

3. The Company does not share personal data with third parties except as necessary for payment processing or legal compliance.

Article 9: Intellectual Property

1.All content, materials, and products provided by the Company are protected under intellectual property laws. The Client may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any product without express written consent from the Company.

2. Unauthorized use or distribution of the Company’s intellectual property will result in legal action.

Article 10: Limitation of Liability

1. The foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.

2. You are deemed to have agreed to the following Terms and Conditions upon purchase: Foundation’s T & C and Health Disclaimer.

Article 11: Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes arising under these T&Cs shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before escalating to legal proceedings.

Article 12: Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Company’s platforms or products constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
